At ADK and Google, Keisuke carried work end to end, from strategy to execution on the ground. He watched, again and again, how even a strong strategy produces nothing if the front line doesn't move. So he came to believe the value lies not in the strategy itself, but in the design that makes it move — and in 2025 he founded abit+ designs Co., Ltd.
Joined as a new graduate in HR recruiting, then moved into sales. Worked on integrated marketing and brand communication for global clients across luxury, sports, automotive, and other industries.
Held several roles — agency sales, strategic partnerships, CPG/food/beverage accounts, and APAC strategy for YouTube video advertising — carrying work from strategy through to execution on the ground.
